Mobaarak are a group of skilled, passionate project managers and implementers.
- We execute projects aligned to Governments mandate for:
- ➮ Job Creation
- ➮ Skills Development
- ➮ And Enterprise Development
- We have a network of staff and have the capacity to service Government projects on a national basis
Job Creation
We source labor from the communities in which we operate.
We aim to deliver on a project
To provide temporary employment opportunities and capacitation for the local residents the project serves.
In line with the Extended Public Works Programme (EPWP), our aim is to create a growing pool of employable project recipients that can access work opportunities and skills development. We do not want to create dependencies.
Skills Development
Our aim is to create champions of change from the area the project serves.
Our team explores all opportunities for skills development and skills transfer
Our local local employees receive SETA accredited and non– accredited training
We screen candidates and select the level and type of training to best serve the project and capacitate the individual with life skills to access further work beyond the project.
Enterprise Development
Through our ED model the Mobaarak team will facilitate a business idea and help project recipients access assistance to grow a sustainable business.
We have strategic relationships with Local Government departments, which we leverage for enterprise development opportunities
